1. Introduction
Welcome to GoOchado. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By purchasing and accessing our digital courses, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Services
GoOchado offers online-only educational courses and training programs accessible after successful purchase.
- All courses are conducted online. No physical or in-person classes are offered.
- Course materials and access details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
- Students will have 30 days of access from the date the course email is delivered.
- GoOchado reserves the right to update, pause, or discontinue any online course with prior notice. Refunds may be granted based on our refund policy.
3. Payment & Transactions
- All transactions are processed securely.
- Payments are accepted in U.S. Dollars (USD).
- A unique order ID will be sent to your registered email for reference.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase and are subject to our Refund Policy.
- All courses must be registered and fully paid at least three days before the start date.
- Refunds are given in full if canceled at least three days before the course starts, half refund if canceled within three days, and no refund after the course has begun.

5. Intellectual Property
All course content is the intellectual property of GoOchado Courses and is provided for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or modification of the course material is strictly prohibited.
6. Liability & Disclaimers
Courses are provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted access or error-free content. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from course use.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
By providing your details, you consent to us storing and using your data for service delivery. We do not share your personal information with third parties except as required by law.
8. Confidentiality
Any confidential information shared during the course is protected and will not be disclosed without consent.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
