At GoOchado, we ensure a smooth and timely delivery of our digital courses upon successful purchase. This Delivery Policy outlines how our courses are provided to customers.

Course Access & Delivery

  • Email Delivery: Upon successful payment, customers will receive an email containing the digital course content and access details at the email address provided during checkout.
  • Delivery Timeframe: The confirmation email with course access details will be sent within a few minutes after purchase. In rare cases, it may take up to 24 hours due to system processing.
  • Access Duration:
    • For Online Courses, can access to the online class 15 minutes before the course started.
    • For On-Demand Courses, the course content will be available for 30 days from the date the email is sent. After this period, access will expire, and the content will no longer be available.

Delivery Issues

If you do not receive your course content within the expected timeframe:

  • Check your spam or junk email folder.
  • Ensure that you entered the correct email address during checkout.
  • Contact our support team at support@goochado.com for assistance.

Important Notes

  • All courses are delivered digitally; no physical shipment is involved.
  • Customers are responsible for downloading or accessing the content within the provided timeframe.
  • Course materials are intended for personal use only and should not be shared, resold, or distributed without authorization.
