Refund Policy
We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you experience any technical or service-related issues, we encourage you to contact our support team first. However, if we are unable to resolve your concern, you may be eligible for a refund under the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Refunds
We may issue a refund under the following circumstances:
- If a refund request is made within 14 days of the purchase date and the customer provides a valid reason.
- If the purchase was fraudulent or unauthorized and the customer provides valid documentation.
- If technical issues prevent access to the course and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.
- Any other situation deemed appropriate at our sole discretion.
- Customers must sign up for courses at least 3 days before the course begins.
- Registration is considered valid only after full payment has been received.
- A full refund is possible if the refund request is made 3 days before the course commencement date. No reason is required.
- A 50% refund is available if the user cancels within 3 days before the course commencement date.
- No refund requests will be accepted once the course has commenced or been completed.
Abuse of the Refund Policy
- Customers who repeatedly request refunds may be restricted from making further purchases.
- Any violation of our Terms of Service may result in loss of refund eligibility.
Cancellation Policy
